The BIRTHFIT Workshop covers what it truly means to be BIRTHFIT and why we place so much emphasis on the four pillars. We have done our research in pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period; and, we want to give you a simple, yet effective approach to rockin’ this rite of passage into motherhood. During this workshop we will discuss our training methods and some of our favorite movements. We will also discuss real food nutrition plus supplementation for pregnancy and postpartum. We will talk about movements to include as well as what to avoid in the prenatal and postpartum period. The workshop is FULL of information. If you are pregnant, a new or seasoned athlete, coach or gym owner looking to expand your knowledge base when it comes to prenatal and postpartum training, nutrition, mindset and our encouragement of chiropractic care throughout, this workshop is for you.
